End of year function brings out the Super Heroes

Our Annual General Meeting took place on Wednesday 20 October 2021, followed by our usual Gauteng end of year function.

Owing to the past success of the Casino evening, this theme was resurrected again in 2021. However, instead of a James Bond theme, this year members were invited to dress up as their Super Hero. As you can see, from the photos below, this proved to be a huge success, with over 90% of those attending actually dressing up. See if you can guess who is who!

Prizes for the best dressed and most innovative went to Vaughan Cameron-Gunn as the Joker, and Saritha Wolff as The Sandman. The prize for the winner of the most money at the Casino (well FFETA money that is) was Meshack Gabeni Snr – with more than a little help from Meshack Jnr. King Takalani Tshifhango went bankrupt, but was clearly enthralled with his prize of a plastic fireman!
