QCTO Update

The SAQCC Fire 1475, vehicle and kitchen systems working committee received feedback from the QCTO on the submission of the Quality Assessment Specifications (QAS) document for this qualification.

Further amendments will have to be made and the aim is to finalise this by the end of December and resubmit to the QCTO. Once the QCTO has approved the QAS document, the QCTO will submit the qualification with all relevant documents to the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) for approval and registration.

Once the QAS submission for this qualification was approved by the QCTO, the SAQCC Fire Gas qualification working committee will commence with developing a QAS document.
